Shipping Policy

Locations:
We only ship to locations within the United States, including all 50 States.

Shipping Costs:
Our shipping is always free.

Shipping Methods:
USPS is our only shipping carrier. We do not ship using other carriers. Our free shipping is based on USPS "First Class" service. Initial product orders take approximately 5-10 business days to ship once payment is processed.

Return Policy

All returns require an RMA number and must be received by Clicker Star within 10 days of receiving said number. You can e-mail us using our contact form to receive an RMA number. Please include your order number, your name, the product that you wish to return, and a reason for the return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All products for refunds must be received in new, resalable condition and are eligible for refunds within 15 days of receipt. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. A larger restocking fee may be deducted if the returned product is missing any parts or accessories originally included. Products are not eligible for return if the rubber shrink wrap material is torn or removed, or the product wires are cut shorter than 12 inches. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to you at your expense. Authorized refunds will be processed within 10 business days ("business days" exclude weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered) of when they are received.

Defective Products:
Products are shipped to customers after a quality control inspection and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges if found to be defective due to misuse or improper installation.

If a product is DOA (or fails within the first 15 days) then please contact us at Clicker Star for an RMA number and we will replace the product for you within 7 business days of receiving the return. Replacement of defective products will be shipped out using the original shipping method.

If a product fails sometime after the first 15 days but before 90 days then please contact us at Clicker Star for an RMA number and we will replace the product for you within 15 business days of receiving the return. Replacement of defective products will be shipped out using the original shipping method. Products are not eligible for return or exchanges after 90 days.

Return Shipping instructions:
All returned products should be packed in the same manner as they were originally shipped to you. You will need to write the RMA number that was issued on the outside of the shipping container or on the shipping label. Products should be returned via USPS (United States Postal Service) and be shipped to:

We strongly suggest that you purchase Insurance and Signature Confirmation when using USPS as we are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during the return trip.

Privacy Statement

What we do with your information:
Clicker Star will not rent, sell, or share any of the personal information that you provide through our website, e-mail, or postal mail. We will only use your information to send you any ordering details.

How we protect your information:
Clicker Star and PayPal use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting sensitive information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Only the contact and shipping information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.

However, you should be aware that the pictures shown may not be of the exact products sold. Clicker Star does not warrant merchantability or fitness of use for a particular purpose on our web site. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product(s) purchased will function in the capacity desired before placing an order.
